Article 148 [Employment Guidelines]

The deliberative process specific to the OMC is cyclical and iterative. The role of Article 148 TFEU is to determine the procedure for coordinating national strategies at Union level as well as to outline the mode of cooperation between the MS and the EU in implementing these strategies. It comprises a division of roles between European institutions and a description of the procedural steps that the TFEU provides for to achieve the objectives under Article 3 TEU.
