Article 129 [Statute of the ESCB]

Article 129 TFEU is a duplication of provisions—while paragraph 1 is reflected in Article 282.1 and paragraph 2 is reflecting Article 51 TEU, paragraphs 3 and 4 have been mirrored in Articles 40 and 41 of the Statute. Paragraph 4 has been further reflected in substance in Article 282.5 TFEU.
