Article 137 [Eurogroup]

Article 137 TFEU and Protocol No. 14 are paradoxes. They mention the Eurogroup because according to the first sentence of the first article of the Protocol, the Ministers of the euro-area MS “shall meet informally”. If this meeting is non-formal, laying down its existence in the Treaty seems paradoxical.
