<p>This open access book collects the official discussers’ reports and all floor discussions, including the replies by the committees, presented at the 22nd International Ship and Offshore Structures Congress (ISSC 2025) held in Wuxi, China, on September 22–26, 2025. This congress aims to further understand various disciplines underpinning marine structural design, production and operation through internationally collaborative endeavors. It provides a forum to exchange latest research development in marine structural research for experts.</p>
