The transformation to the public cloud comes with many challenges. The book explains three phases that form the basis for determining a company's position in the transformation. Each stage outlines a maturity level of transformation. An assessment framework guides the reader through the analysis of cloud readiness to identify the current stage of the organization and to reach the next stage of realizing the value of the cloud.
