Tigliane Diterpenoids
摘要
This book reviews the distribution, chemistry, and molecular bioactivity of tiglianes from the very beginning of the studies on these diterpenoids. It provides a summary of their clinical and toxicological literature mostly in its more recent and controversial aspects, while critically analyzing various proposals for their biosynthesis.
