Limbal Dermoid Excision
摘要
Epibulbar dermoid is a well-circumscribed solitary mass that involves the bulbar conjunctiva and often the corneoscleral limbus. When small and without symptoms, it can be managed by observation. Larger limbal dermoid requires excision by lamellar keratosclerectomy with or without conjunctival flap. In most cases, a corneal scar will remain at the excision site.
This video shows how to perform limbal dermoid excision by use of lameliar keratosclerectomy.
