Abstract
This study considers fundamental research in the field of nanomechanics of corrugated semiconductor nanomembranes from strained heterostructures. The results of the study of the magnetotransport of two-dimensional electron gas in a corrugated nanomembrane made of the GaAs/InGaAs heterofilm are presented.
