Abstract <p>The effect of high γ-radiation doses on thermoluminescent properties of BGO single crystals is studied. It is shown that exposure to high γ-radiation doses results in formation of centers with deep trapping levels in the crystals. The high thermal stability of these centers indicates their structural origin. The nature of the centers is determined.</p>

Abstract

The effect of high γ-radiation doses on thermoluminescent properties of BGO single crystals is studied. It is shown that exposure to high γ-radiation doses results in formation of centers with deep trapping levels in the crystals. The high thermal stability of these centers indicates their structural origin. The nature of the centers is determined.
