Abstract <p>The dependence of the photostimulated multipulsed laser nanoablation of single-crystal diamond on the sizes of the irradiation spot (1.5–5 µm in diameter) and external heating in the range of 300–500&#xa0;K has been investigated. A possibility of controlling efficiently the performance of this laser nanoprocessing mode and forming atomic-scale nanostructures on the diamond surface is demonstrated.</p>
