Abstract <p>The analysis of the influence of thermal processes leading to distortions of the initial radiation patterns in the transceiver modules of active phased antenna arrays on changes in the amplitudes and phases of the emitted (received) signals relative to the nominal distribution is carried out. The analysis of methods for calibrating antenna array channels is carried out and an original algorithm for correcting the amplitude-phase distribution of signals in the assessment and prediction of thermal processes is presented. To predict thermal processes in gratings, the equation of thermal conductivity is used when defining the function of a heat source in an analytical representation of the power of an electromagnetic field dissipated per unit volume of space. Analytical expressions have been obtained for calculating corrections of amplitudes and phases of signals under the influence of thermal processes in the channels of antenna arrays. The patterns of changes in the directional patterns of gratings during fluctuations in the amplitudes and phases of signals in transceiver modules are investigated.</p>
