Abstract <p>A new capacitor charging power supply based on a flyback voltage converter is proposed, which ensures uniform energy consumption due to constant charging power. Due to introducing the negative feedback, it achieves the high pre-discharge voltage stability. The results of computer simulation and experimental testing are presented.</p>

Abstract
