Abstract <p>The paper presents the issue of forming the operation of a technological process based on the description of functional models of technological capabilities in decision-making (matrix of technological solutions). A methodology for creating knowledge bases for the use case of an intelligent system for building technological processes was developed. The design technological solution is formed as a result of the joint work of the intelligent system modules—the equipment selection module, the tool selection module and the device selection module. </p>
