Engineering Analysis of Tasks and Characteristics of a Ground-Based Mobile Air Traffic Control System for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles
摘要
The processes of ensuring the component composition of a ground-based mobile air traffic control system for unmanned aerial vehicles are examined. The necessity for the integrated implementation of satellite, airborne, and ground-based communication, navigation, and surveillance technologies for UAVs is demonstrated for the purpose of safe and cost-effective integration. A structural-functional diagram of the developed mobile ground-based air traffic control system is presented, and a generalized concept of the practical implementation of the developed mobile ground-based air traffic control system in various industry sectors of the Russian Federation is proposed, using the example of applying this system for solving the tasks of unmanned aerial monitoring of objects.
