Wave Field near the Slot Channel Outlet Formed in Pulsation Mode at Convective-Film Cooling of a Plate
摘要
Results of calculations of temperature fields in stationary and pulsation modes of coolant supply at convective-film cooling of a plate flown by high-temperature and cooling air flows are compared. The mathematical model is based on the RANS hybrid 2-D method in a nonstationary formulation for a viscous compressible heat-conducting gas using the velocity and thermal wall functions, with the conjugation of gas-dynamic and thermal problems. The solution is obtained using the explicit finite-difference MacCormack scheme with splitting of the spatial operator and the nonlinear correction algorithm. Calculations of thermal and velocity fields are performed and time-temperature dependences are given in the vicinity of the outlet section of the slot channel, which are formed in stationary and pulsation modes of a cooling air supply.
