Abstract
The paper analyzes the main problems that arise in estimation of radio-electronic system reliability indices at the design stage taking into account thermal modes. The original algorithm of thermal calculation of radio-electronic system using the simulation models, which allows the mutual thermal influence factor of radio-electronic equipment to be taken into account, is proposed.
