Conductive Powder Binders for Production of Carbon Composites
摘要
Abstract
The composition of conductive powder binder based on solid epoxydian resin, graphite filler, and powder hardener was developed. The electrical properties of the epoxy binder, prepreg, and a composite based on it are determined. Within the framework of percolation theory, critical concentrations of the conductive filler are determined, at which percolation transition occurs accompanied by a sharp increase in the electrical conductivity and change in rheological characteristics of the epoxy binder. The technological features of obtaining the carbon composites with a composition gradient using the method of electrostatic spraying are shown.
