Analysis of Factors Influencing the Technology of Manufacturing the Folded Cores

Abstract
Various technologies for manufacturing the folded fillers are considered in terms of requirements imposed on multilayer panels of aircraft structures. Depending on the manufacturing program, the production, geometric, and technical characteristics of such panels are identified and considered in detail. Analytical dependencies are given for calculating the actuators of the installation of the filler rotary folding.
