Verification of the Functional Relation between Manufacturing Deviations of Blade Airfoil Geometry and Fan Stage Efficiency Indicators

Abstract
As a part of the development of the optimization design methodology, there is an assessment of the possibility of creating a functional model that allows the real-time analysis of the impact of manufacturing deviations in blade geometry on the efficiency indicators of the fan stage. The functional dependence is verified based on the results of numerical modeling of the strength and aerodynamic characteristics of the blades, implemented using ANSYS Workbench and NUMECA Fine/Turbo software packages.
