Abstract
A model of layer-by-layer finite element analysis of the stress-strain state of sandwich cylindrical irregular shells of revolution is considered. The influence of the thickness of the inner load-bearing layer on the stress-strain state in the layers of sandwich cylindrical compartments weakened by rectangular cutouts is investigated.
