Study of Abrasive Resistance of Aluminum Alloy Nozzles with Ceramic-Like Coatings Obtained by Micro-Arc Oxidation
摘要
Abstract
The study investigates the abrasive resistance of nozzles made of D16 aluminum alloy with ceramic-like coatings formed by micro-arc oxidation (MAO) with graphene and graphene oxide nanoparticles additions to the electrolyte. Specific wear characteristics of MAO coatings depending on the composition of the electrolyte and the condition of the surface layer of the specimens are demonstrated. It is established that the wear resistance of nozzles made of D16 alloy with MAO coatings is comparable to that of commercial ceramic nozzles.
