Increasing the Abrasive Wear Resistance of Exhauster Rotors of Sinter Machines by Restorative Surfacing

Abstract
The article analyses the operating conditions of exhauster rotors used in sintering manufacturing for pumping air through a layer of sintered charge, as well as restoration methods for parts operating under conditions of gas-abrasive wear. Compositions of wear-resistant coatings, technologies for gas-abrasive wear testing of materials, and restoration technologies for exhauster rotors are developed.
