Abstract
The hysteresis characteristics of piezoelectric actuator deformation are investigated for mechatronic nano- and microsystems. The coefficients of harmonic linearization of such hysteresis are determined. The condition for the existence of self-oscillation in mechatronic nano- and microsystems is derived.
