Abstract <p>The hydroabrasive machining (abrasive flow machining) of complex internal channels in gas-turbine engine components is numerically analyzed. In this technique, abrasive suspensions are pumped into the channels. Reversible flow of suspensions of different viscosity is simulated by computational fluid dynamics (CFD) in Ansys CFX software.</p>
