Abstract <p>Digital transformation in the aviation industry is discussed as a strategic factor in improving the competitiveness and stability of enterprises. Attention focuses on key technologies such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, Big Data, blockchain, and digital twins and their use in the aviation industry, air traffic control, and customer service. The benefits of digitization include optimization of logistics, predictive delivery, and personalization of services, while the risks include cyberthreats, organizational barriers, and data dependence. For the example of Russian companies—Aeroflot, S7 Airlines, and United Aircraft Corporation (UAC)—experience in introducing innovative solutions is outlined.</p>
