Stepper Motor as Part of a Vibration Generator of a Precision Engraving Machine

Abstract
To analyze and model electromagnetic processes in a magnetic circuit with a toothed structure, the principle of virtual movements is used, supplemented by the method of the equivalent vector of magnetic induction in the working gaps of the motor, which is determined by the average field strength in the space of the inter-tooth gap. A straight direction through the central points of the corresponding external platforms of the stator and rotor teeth is used. An optimal scheme of the initial position of the impact lever is found, providing the necessary amplitude and frequency of impact engraving.
