Abstract <p>The paper presents the results of research and technology developments in the field of comprehensive processing of technogenic polymer-containing materials (TPM). The following raw materials were used as initial: polymer-containing technogenic wastes with various stress–strain characteristics; basalt fibrous wastes (BFW) and their derivatives (mechanically activated silica-containing specks, prills, disaggregated and classified BFW—fiber fillers (FF) of composite mixtures (CMs); carbon black (CB), which is a product of low-temperature (<i>Т</i> ≤ 500°C) thermolysis processing of organic waste, etc. Patent-protected aggregates and corresponding technological modules have been developed, manufactured, and tested for the production conditions of specialized solid municipal waste (SMW) processing enterprises, specifically, OOO Ecotrans Transport Company and OOO Chernozemye Ecocenter.</p>
