Powder Plasma Surfacing for Additive Production of Heat-Resistant Nickel Alloy Workpieces
摘要
Abstract
The possibility of producing heat-resistant nickel alloy workpieces for gas-turbine engine components by powder plasma surfacing is considered. Surfacing conditions that permit the production of high-quality applied layers with no cracks or pores are identified. The structure and macrostructure of the workpieces are described, and mechanical tests are conducted.
