Abstract <p>The features of corporate financial and economic management, as well as personnel, project, and contract management were analyzed in the context of organizational structures existing in the industry, taking into account the stage of their life cycle, The paper identifies the problems of creating and implementing corporate financial and economic management systems and providing appropriate recommendations for their developers. A comparison has been made between various corporate governance models and the current Russian model. Criteria for using the developed recommendations have been identified. Methodological recommendations have been developed, along with dynamic models and forecasts of the results of their scaling-up in national economic sectors. The main problems of creating corporate financial and economic management systems have been identified, and practical approaches to their implementation in enterprise practice have been proposed.</p>
