Electron-Microscopic Analysis of Surface Layer of Heat-Resistant Nickel Alloys after Electric Discharge Machining
摘要
Abstract
The influence of electric discharge machining on the structure and elemental composition of the surface layer is studied by electron microscopy for heat-resistant nickel alloys. The elemental composition of the white layer and the thermal-influence zone of VV751P heat-resistant nickel alloy is changed relative to the basic material after copy-piercing and wire-cut electric discharge machining.
