Abstract <p>The article investigates the features of formation of solid-phase compounds at different stages of deformation processing when recycling titanium alloy chip scrap without remelting. A new method for creating high-strength compact materials is proposed. The process parameters for recycling chip scrap of industrial grades of titanium alloys of different groups are determined.</p>
