Abstract
The features of information support systems for quality management processes at machine-building enterprises are considered. The relationship between the multi-level model of enterprise processes and the structure of the information support system for processes is shown. Examples of quality management process models, the structure of information support subsystems, and the structure of the component of the information support subsystem are given.
