Abstract
Grinding nickel alloys with the technology of minimum quantity lubrication with additional air cooling ensures minimal impact on the machined surface: a thin layer of crushed grains formed during machining, an insignificant hardening effect, and a low level of oxidation of the surface layer. It was found that a change in lubricant consumption has a significant effect on clogging of the working surface of the wheel, which ultimately affects the morphology of the machined surface.
