Machine for Intensive Drying of Nonwoven Fabrics
摘要
Abstract
The article considers a fireproof technology for removing organic solvents from nonwoven fabrics. The heat medium used is superheated steam. A convective dryer design is developed based on experimental studies and strength calculations. Intensification of the drying process is achieved by exposing the nonwoven fabric to the action of mechanical activators, which facilitates the transfer of moisture from inner layers of the material to the steam environment.
