Dynamic Behavior of Liquid-Filled Cylindrical Shell under a Mobile Load

Abstract
Quasi-static deformation of a liquid-filled cylindrical shell under a mobile linear radial load is considered. The two solutions considered differ in the description of the cylinder’s preliminary deformed state under hydrostatic pressure. The mobile forces are taken into account in a quasi-static approximation. Their critical velocities are determined. Closed formulas for the minimum critical velocity are obtained in two versions. Examples are presented.
