Monitoring the State of Hydraulic Equipment in a Temper Mill by Analysis of Vibroacoustic Noise

Abstract
The influence of wear in hydraulic distributor components on the frequency and amplitude spectra of acoustic noise is studied in order to identify diagnostic indices for the wear. An algorithm is developed for vibroacoustic diagnostics of hydraulic equipment. The associated software converts the acoustic signal from the sensor into information reflecting the current state of the equipment in terms of wear.
