Abstract <p>The article presents a comparative analysis of two models for corporate project management systems: OPM3 and P2M. Their key structural features, areas of application, and approaches to maturity assessment and project program management are discussed. The article also analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each model and their practical application depending on the organization’s specific context in terms of achieving strategic goals and enhancing project management efficiency.</p>
