Abstract

The design of microstrip splitters on the basis of Russian-made low-temperature cofired ceramics (LTCC) is considered. Such technology is of great utility in such splitters, since it greatly decreases the size of the devices and increases their productivity [1]. The creation of multilayer structures using such ceramics permits the integration of different functional components (such as resistors, capacitor, and inductances) within a single module. In the present work, the dimensions of the proposed microstrip splitters are calculated. In addition, their amplitude–frequency characteristics (frequency responses) are determined, and a model of a splitter with the working frequency 1–2 GHz is proposed.
