Abstract <p>The human factor in accidents is assessed. It is responsible for 60% of accidents in various industries. Most professions in mechanical engineering depend on a set of skills without which the work would be impossible, especially in the case of very hazardous work and tasks requiring careful attention, fast reactions, and diligence. Most deaths and occupational injuries may be prevented.</p>
