Expansion of Technological Capabilities and Modernization of a Vertical Milling Machine for Hybrid Machining

Abstract
The paper considers modernization of vertical knee ATC CNC milling machine GF-2171 for hybrid machining with replacement of the electrics and the control system. The functionality of the modular system of metal 3D printing for CNC milling machines with a quick-change function and no adjustment of the welding wire for the manufacture of workpieces is described. The system involves mechanical machining on a single set of equipment with the capability of automatically changing the deposited material.
