Stability Analysis of Motion of Tether System in Atmosphere with Variable Tether Length
摘要
Abstract
For the purposes of analyzing the stability of the tether system in the atmosphere, a mathematical model in the form of matrix based on the Euler kinematic equations is obtained, with consideration to changes in the kinetic moment. The experiment has shown that an increase in tether length leads to decrease the amplitude of angle of attacks of the spacecraft and the stabilizer and, as a result, increase the stability of the tether system.
