Identification and Assessment of the Human Factor as the Main Cause of Injuries in the “Man–Machine–Environment” System at Mechanical Engineering Enterprises
摘要
Abstract
The results of the assessment of the “human factor” as the main cause of more than 60% of emergencies and accidents in various industries are presented. To identify and reduce the impact of this factor, both domestic and foreign literatures use analysis procedures and calculation methods. At present, we know more than 600 different methods and methodologies to assess the reliability of personnel in particularly dangerous and important activities. However, not every technique can be effective in reducing the influence of the human factor in a particular production.
