Influence of Semiactive Control on the Energy Characteristics of Actively Lubricated Radial Bearings
摘要
Abstract
Semiactive control of rotor motion in actively lubricated radial hydrostatic–dynamic bearings is considered. Open semiactive control of shaft motion in the bearing is based on neural network approximation of data regarding the relation between positions of rotor equilibrium and the pressure in the lubrication channels. The precision of rotor positioning in the bearing is determined, and the influence of setpoint selection on the energy parameters of the bearing is established, taking account of the rotor speed. Energy parameters considered include the frictional torque in the lubricant layer and the power consumption in lubricant delivery.
