Designing Radiation-Resistant Application-Specific Integrated Circuits in a Digital Information Transmission System

Abstract
In conditions of high product requirements with limitations that do not allow the use of programmable logic devices (FPGAs), it is advisable to replace FPGAs with radiation-resistant application-specific integrated circuits (ASICs). The route of transition from FPGAs to ASICs using the FPGA software project is described. Tests are described aimed at checking the device for compliance with specified requirements, the results of which confirm the correct functioning of the ASIC and the device as a whole.
