Modeling of the Stage of Development and Implementation of Corrective Actions within the Risk Management Procedure

Abstract
The article consider the structure of the stage of the risk management procedure dedicated to development and implementation of corrective actions aimed at reducing identified risks on the example of failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA). Two models of the FMEA preparation and planning stage are presented – a functional one based on the IDEF0 notation and a process one based on the BPMN notation. These models present the major actions, participants, and data and document flows for this stage.
