Testing a Statistical Quality Control Method Based on Short-Run Control Charts for Small Batch Production on the Example of Selective Laser Sintering of Blanks of Gas Turbine Engine Blades
摘要
Abstract
The article presents the results of a study of the accuracy, capability, and performance of the process of manufacturing turbine nozzle blades by selective laser sintering based on previously developed short-run quality control charts. The turbine nozzle blades were manufactured from metal powder VZh159 on an SLM 280HL machine. The analyzed characteristic of product quality was average deviations of points of the surface of the nozzle blade airfoil grouped according to the criterion of homogeneity of deviations variance.
