Crystal-Chemical Stabilization of Metallurgical Slag

Abstract
A sequence of operations is proposed for crystal-chemical stabilization of metallurgical slag by means of dust from an arc furnace, which is a waste generated in steel production. The procedures for stabilizer preparation and for crystal-chemical stabilization during the discharge of molten slag in the smelting shop are outlined.
