Analysis and Development Prospects of the Policy of Import Substitution and Achieving Import Independence of the Russian Aviation Industry: A Case Study of Moscow-Based Enterprises

The article analyzes the regulatory framework and the main directions of the state policy of import substitution and achieving import independence in the Russian aviation industry on the example of Moscow-based enterprises. An analysis of the current state of the aviation industry and its import dependence is performed; trends and prospects for the development of this area are considered. The basic principles of the methodological approach to the development of the organizational and economic mechanism of import substitution in conditions of increased requirements for economic and information security of aircraft production are determined.
