Risk-Conscious Project Management at High-Tech Enterprises

On the basis of different approaches to defining innovative project management at industrial enterprises, a definition of an innovative research and development project is proposed for high-tech enterprises. Appropriate management approaches for such projects are discussed, including their tactical and strategic aspects, issues of automation, and the associated risks. Standard business processes are developed for the management of innovative research and development projects at high-tech enterprises, before and after optimization.
