Assessing the Efficiency of Business Processes at High-Tech Enterprises

Abstract
In the light of changes instituted by Eurostat and the Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), it is a good time to address issues around the grouping of high-tech industries and the key criteria for assigning enterprises to the high-tech sector. Methods of assessing the efficiency of business processes at high-tech enterprises are investigated. Tools for such assessments are proposed.
